At Onwards and Upward Play Therapy, I support children over the age of 11 through therapeutic play sessions designed to foster emotional growth and resilience. Each session requires a quiet, private space and access to a computer with TEAMS or Zoom for seamless engagement. The approach combines professionalism and creativity, unlocking healing through the transformative power of play.
